After we review your initial project details, you'll pick a time for a quick virtual meeting where we'll get to know you and your project.

If Pluto White Label seems like a great fit, we'll set you up on a time bank and get to work on your project.

Of course, we'll provide updates and progress along the entire way.

To ensure the most efficient use of our time and to deliver tasks with the best results, we require clear creative direction for the project.

This includes providing mock ups, site inspiration, Figma designs, and/or other helpful design assets.

We do not proceed without guidance from our white-label partners, so having a clear understanding of your and your client’s desired direction is essential.

For white-label partners, we use time banks for pricing. Time banks provide a dedicated amount of hours, ensuring transparency and predictability in your budgeting.

We understand outsourcing can impact profitability, so our time banks eliminate surprise billing and give you the flexibility to keeping costs under control.

Time banks must be fully used before they expire, and any unused time is not refunded or credited back.

If you use up all the time in your time bank, you have the option to purchase additional time or continue from where we left off.

Some white label partners take the 'take over after' approach, using time banks as an ongoing helping hand. Others utilize multiple time banks for a complete start-to-finish outsourced solution.

Both of these uses of time banks work great!

No. Time banks are non-refundable once work begins and must be fully used before they expire. Any unused time is not refunded, credited back, or rolled over into a new time bank.

When you purchase a time bank, we are dedicating that specific amount of time solely to your project, which impacts our availability for other members and white label partners.

At the moment, we keep all communication through email (unless you're an active white label partner).

This communication strategy has helped us maintain our pricing at the lowest possible level, while ensuring a positive experience for all of our members and white label partners.
